Strategic Purpose
Drive revenue growth and market expansion through the development and management of strategic relationships with key corporate clients, travel partners, and high-value accounts across ANEW Hotels & Resorts' portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management & Relationship Building
- Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with key corporate accounts, travel agencies, and tour operators
- Serve as primary liaison for assigned high-value accounts
- Conduct regular account reviews and strategic planning sessions
- Build long-term relationships that drive loyalty and revenue growth
- Negotiate contracts and terms to maximize revenue while maintaining competitive positioning
Revenue Generation & Growth
- Achieve and exceed annual revenue targets for assigned account portfolio
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
- Develop strategic account plans to drive incremental revenue
- Collaborate with sales team to convert prospects into key accounts
- Monitor account performance and optimize revenue potential
Client Service & Excellence
- Ensure exceptional service delivery across all client touchpoints
- Coordinate with hotel operations teams to guarantee seamless client experiences
- Handle complex client requests and resolve issues promptly
- Organize site visits, familiarization trips, and client events
- Maintain ANEW's service excellence standards
Market Analysis & Business Intelligence
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments
- Prepare comprehensive reports on account performance and revenue forecasts
- Analyse booking patterns and provide rate optimization recommendations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and prepare business reviews
- Provide market insights to support strategic decision-making
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with revenue management, operations, and marketing teams
- Support group bookings and event planning initiatives
- Participate in trade shows, industry events, and networking activities
- Coordinate with properties to ensure brand standard compliance
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience in account management or business development
- Hotel industry experience strongly preferred
- Proven track record of managing key accounts and achieving revenue targets
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite
- Understanding of hotel revenue management principles
- Analytical skills with data interpretation capabilities
