ANEW Hotels & Resorts Support Office are looking for a HR Intern to Support Learning and Development initiatives while gaining practical experience in course development, training delivery, and leveraging AI tools to enhance learning experiences across ANEW properties.
The successful candidate will be based in Gauteng, Centurion.
Key Responsibilities
Learning & Development
- Assist with training program design and implementation
- Support employee development initiatives
- Coordinate training schedules and logistics
- Monitor training completion and effectiveness
- Assist with skills assessment processes
Course Development
- Create training materials and resources
