ANEW Hotel Ocean Reef is looking for an experienced Stock Controller to oversee stock management and ensure the efficient control of inventory across our hotel operations.

As a Stock Controller, you will be responsible for receiving, issuing, monitoring, and reconciling stock while maintaining accurate inventory records. You will work closely with the Kitchen, Food & Beverage, Housekeeping, and Procurement teams to ensure stock availability, minimise losses, and support cost-effective operations. Your attention to detail and commitment to accuracy will play a key role in maintaining operational efficiency and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Successful candidate will be based at KwaZulu-Natal, Zinkwazi.
